GRP walkway provides safe access for general cleaning and maintenance purposes. These fall protection systems can be used as a collective measure when installed with handrails to guard hazards, which is the preferred method should working at height not be avoided.
This walkway can also be used in conjunction with a cable or track system in restraint or fall arrest.
GRP walkway boasts low electrical & thermal conductivity, UV stability and is extremely robust. No welding makes for easy on site assembly, and can be designed to incorporate steps and ladders to provide a full access system.

All systems benefit from a non-slip tread design providing all weather access with non-penetrative fixing options eliminating leakage points. These systems must be inspected by a suitable working at height Specialist Company a minimum of every 12 months.

GRP Gratings are produced by two distinct manufacturing processes to offer either Moulded or Pultruded variants. Both types are composite products and combine fibreglass strands with thermosetting resins to form extremely strong panel structures.
It is beneficial to all industries whether it be chemical, pharmaceutical, offshore or leisure for use in many applications like platforms, floorings, walkways, trench covers, ramps and cable trough covers.
